MGD Industrial

Process

From your BOM to a pallet of finished kits.

Nothing runs in production until you have approved a real bag from the line. Four steps, in writing, every program.

How it works.

    1

Send your BOM and a sample

Part numbers, counts per bag, and a handful of real parts.

    2

    First-article run and written approval

You sign off on the bag before production starts.

    3

    Production

Counted, checkweighed, and lot coded on every bag.

    4

    Bulk cartons

Palletized for pickup or shipped direct to your line.

Changeover is a bowl swap and a recipe.

What happens on every run.

Accuracy
Fiber-optic counting holds 99.5% count accuracy, and an inline checkweigher verifies 100% of bags. A bag outside its weight window is rejected before it reaches the carton.
Traceability
A Markem-Imaje SmartDate X40 thermal transfer overprinter puts lot codes, date codes, part numbers, and barcodes directly on the bag, so a recall question has an answer.
Changeover
A SKU change is a bowl swap and a recipe, not a rebuild. Related kits — base and wall cabinet, left and right hand — can share a run window.
Lead time
First article inside two weeks of receiving components and an approved BOM. Production releases run against your schedule after that.
